§ 16.76.010. Fees.

The following fees shall be paid to the city clerk upon first application submittal for preliminary plats, final plats and certified survey maps (CSM) to defray the cost of review:

Certified survey maps	$250.00
Preliminary plat fees	$500.00 plus $25.00 per lot
Final plat fees	$250.00

This cost does not include the cost associated with the review by the city engineer, city attorney, planner or other contractor services.

Before final approval, all costs for engineering, attorney, planning and other professional services the plan commission requests assistance from shall be paid in full to the city clerk.
