§ 17.08.190. R-2 Residential district yard requirements.

All uses shall meet the following minimum setback requirements:

A.

Street yard: Twenty (20) feet;

B.

Side yard: The width of each side yard shall not be less than nine feet;

C.

Rear yard: Twenty (20) feet;

D.

Detached accessory buildings shall be setback a minimum of three feet from all lot lines, except all accessory buildings that are adjacent to a public right-of-way must be ten feet from the lot line, except that if a vehicular door of an accessory structure faces a public right-of-way, the accessory structure must be twenty (20) feet from the rear lot line.

E.

Minimum paved surface setback: Three feet from side or rear, ten feet from street.
