§ 17.08.310. O-2 General office district yard requirements.

A.

All other uses shall meet the following minimum setback requirements:

1.

Street yard: Thirty (30) feet;

2.

Side yard: Fifteen (15) feet (each side yard);

3.

Rear yard: Thirty (30) feet.

B.

Detached accessory buildings shall be setback a minimum of three feet from all lot lines, except all accessory buildings that are adjacent to a public right-of-way must be ten feet from the lot line, except that if a vehicular door of an accessory structure faces a public right-of-way, the accessory structure must be twenty (20) feet from the rear lot line.

C.

Minimum paved surface setback: Five feet from side or rear, ten feet from street.
