The following uses may be permitted after review and approval by the city plan commission:
A.
Community living arrangement (one to eight residents) (per Section 17.09.050(C)(7)).
B.
Community living arrangement (nine to fifteen (15) residents) (per Section 17.09.050(C)(8)).
C.
Community living arrangement (sixteen (16) or more residents) (per Section 17.09.050(C)(9)).
D.
Drive-in sales or service (per Section 17.09.050(D)(7)).
E.
Indoor commercial entertainment (per Section 17.09.050(D)(8)).
F.
Bed and breakfast establishments (per Section 17.09.050(D)(12)).
G.
Group day care center (nine or more children) (per Section 17.09.050(D)(13)).
H.
Clear cutting (per Section 17.09.050(B)(7)).
I.
Indoor institutional (per Section 17.09.050(C)(3)).
J.
Public services and utilities (per Section 17.09.050(C)(5)).
K.
Cultivation, reestablished or newly established (per Section 17.09.050(B)(1)).
L.
Greenhouse-commercial (per Section 17.09.50(D)(20)).
M.
Community garden (per Section 17.09.050(B)(9)).
N.
Market garden (per Section 17.09.050(B)(10)).
Note: All group and large developments are subject to a conditional use permit per Section 17.09.060.
