§ 17.08.430. B-2 Central business district yard requirements.

All uses shall meet the following minimum setback requirements:

A.

Street yard: Minimum: Zero feet; maximum zero feet, except by conditional use permit.

B.

Side yard: Minimum: Zero feet; maximum zero feet, except by conditional use permit.

C.

Rear yard: Thirty (30) feet.

D.

Detached accessory buildings shall be setback a minimum of three feet from all lot lines, except all accessory buildings that are adjacent to a public right-of-way must be ten feet from the lot line, except that if a vehicular door of an accessory structure faces a public right-of-way, the accessory structure must be twenty (20) feet from the rear lot line.

E.

Minimum paved surface setback: Zero feet, except if the plan commission determines an increased pavement setback is an essential component of site design.
