The following uses may be permitted after review and approval by the city plan commission:
A.
Clear cutting (per Section 17.09.050(B)(7)).
B.
Group day care center (nine or more children) (per Section 17.09.050(D)(13)).
C.
Vehicle repair and maintenance (per Section 17.09.050(D)(17)).
D.
Outdoor storage or wholesaling (per Section 17.09.050(E)(2)).
E.
Personal storage facility (per Section 17.09.050(E)(3)).
F.
Airport/heliport (per Section 17.09.050(F)(2)).
G.
Freight terminal (per Section 17.09.050(F)(3)).
H.
Communication tower (per Section 17.09.050(G)(3)).
I.
Cultivation, reestablished or newly established (per Section 17.09.050(B)(1)).
J.
Indoor aquaculture (per Section 17.09.05017.09.050(B)(8)).
K.
Greenhouse-wholesale (per Section 17.09.050(D)(21)).
L.
Community garden (per Section 17.09.050(B)(9)).
M.
Market garden (per Section 17.09.050(B)(10)).
