§ 17.16.030. Sign permit required.

All signs, to be located, erected, moved, reconstructed, extended, enlarged, converted or structurally altered, shall conform to the requirements of this chapter. All such sign work, except for those signs specifically exempted by Section 17.16.050 shall require a permit.
