§ 17.16.130. Signs in conservancy and public and semipublic districts.

All signs in public and semi-public (P-1) district, shall be reviewed, approved, and recommended to the common council by the plan commission. This review may include, but is not limited to, the sign's dimensions, setback, illumination or any other special requests of the petitioner.
