§ 9.04.150. Penalties.

Any person who violates any provision of this title shall upon conviction thereof be subject to a forfeiture as follows:
A.

General Penalty. Any person who violates any provision of this title shall be subject to a penalty as provided in this code.

B.

In addition to any penalty imposed for violation of Section 9.04.110 of this chapter, any person who causes physical damage to or destroys any public property shall be liable for the costs of replacing or repairing such damaged or destroyed property.
