§ 10.08.070. Participation in the nonmoving traffic violation and registration program of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

Nonmoving Violation and Registration Program. Pursuant to the provision of Section 345.28(4), Wisconsin Statutes, the city elects to participate in the nonmoving traffic violation and registration program of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and pay the costs established by the department under Section 85.13, Wisconsin Statutes; such costs shall, in turn, be assessed against persons charged with nonmoving traffic violations. The Juneau Police Department shall be responsible for complying with the requirements set forth in Section 345.28(4), Wisconsin Statutes.
