§ 17.08.150. R-1 Single-family residential district area requirements; parking; signs.

A.

Maximum Ground Coverage. The total ground area occupied by any principal building with all its accessory buildings shall not exceed the following percentage of total lot area: twenty (20) percent;

B.

Lot Requirements. All uses shall meet the following minimum lot requirements:

1.

Lot area: Ten thousand (10,000) square feet,

2.

Lot width: Ninety (90) feet;

C.

Parking and access regulations (see Chapter 17.12);

D.

Sign regulations (see Chapter 17.16).
