§ 17.08.151. R-1a Single-family residential district.

The intent of this district is to recognize the existing small lot single-family residential development in Juneau and to establish and preserve quiet residential neighborhoods as desired by large numbers of people, free from other uses except those which are both compatible with and convenient to the residents of such a district.
