§ 17.08.152. R-1a Single-family residential district permitted uses.

    Cultivation, continued (per Section 17.09.050(B)(1)).

    C.

    Selective cutting (per Section 17.09.050(B)(6)).

    D.

    Passive outdoor recreation (per Section 17.09.050(C)(1)).

    E.

    Active outdoor recreation (per Section 17.09.050(C)(2)).

    F.

    Public services and utilities (per Section 17.09.050(C)(5)).

    G.

    Community living arrangement (one to eight residents) (per Section 17.09.050(C)(7)).

    H.

    Twin house/duplex—Established on or before February 21, 2008, as clearly proven by the property owner, shall be granted legal, conforming status, unless the two-family use is discontinued for more than three hundred sixty-five (365) days. No new twin house/duplex shall be permitted within the R-1a single-family residential district after February 21, 2008 (per Sections 17.09.050(A)(2) and (A)(3)).

    I.

    Two-flat—Established on or before the adoption date of this ordinance, as clearly proven by the property owner, shall be granted legal, conforming status, unless the two-family use is discontinued for more than three hundred sixty-five (365) days (per Section 17.09.050(A)(4)).
